Common questions
What happens after the 7-day trial?
On day 7, all field agents except the admin are automatically deactivated. The admin sees a summary of their trial usage and can choose to activate the MAX Plan (₹99/user per month — 2 users to start, ₹198/month) or continue on the Free plan (admin only). Your data is never deleted.
Can I get more than 7 days to evaluate?
Yes. Email us at support@visitassist.in and we will extend your trial on a case-by-case basis.
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan is for solo use — one account tied to your email. You get all features but only your own login. No field agents, no team.
How many users does the MAX Plan include?
It starts at 2 users (you and one field agent) for ₹198/month. Each additional user is ₹99/month. Need more seats? Email us at support@visitassist.in and we will sort it out.
How do I upgrade from Free to MAX Plan?
Contact us at support@visitassist.in or WhatsApp us. We will walk you through the upgrade and get your team set up.
Is my data separate from other companies?
Yes. Every organisation gets its own isolated database schema. Your data is never mixed with another company.
Can I pay by UPI or bank transfer?
Yes. We accept UPI, NEFT, and credit/debit cards via Razorpay. An invoice is generated automatically.
