About VisitAssist
Why VisitAssist exists
Most field teams in India are still managed through phone calls, WhatsApp groups and end-of-day Excel sheets. Managers can't easily tell whether a visit happened, reports arrive late, and expense claims turn into monthly arguments. Enterprise field force suites solve this for large companies, but they are priced and built for hundreds of users and long rollouts.
VisitAssist is built for the business in between: a team of roughly 10–100 field agents that needs proof of visits, simple scheduling and clean reports, at a price shown on the website.
What VisitAssist does
- GPS check-in and selfie verification at customer visits.
- Visit scheduling and reports, including scheduled vs completed.
- Expense reimbursements with one-tap approval and an audit trail.
- ChatAssist — ask questions or get tasks done by text or voice in English, Hindi or Tamil.
- Role-based access for Company Admins, Claims Managers and Field Agents, plus activity logs.
What VisitAssist does not do
VisitAssist is not a distributor management system (DMS), does not do van-sales order booking or AI shelf-image audits, and is not built for organisations with thousands of field agents across many countries. Location is captured at visit actions such as check-in and check-out, not continuously. See the comparison with enterprise tools.
