These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the access to and use of VisitAssist, including its web application, mobile application, related services, features, and content. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between VisitAssist and all users accessing the platform.

By registering for, accessing, or using VisitAssist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

VisitAssist is a field workforce management and visit tracking platform that enables organizations to manage employee visits, attendance, GPS-based check-ins/check-outs, task assignments, claims, reports, and related operational activities.

VisitAssist may offer a free trial period for evaluation purposes. During the trial period, users may access all features subject to limited users. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the platform may require the purchase of a valid subscription plan.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

Users shall not:

• Use VisitAssist for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, systems, or data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the software without authorization.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform.

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access.

Users shall not use VisitAssist to distribute spam, unsolicited communications, misleading information, or engage in activities that violate applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of the platform for illegal activities may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

Users agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the selected subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. VisitAssist reserves the right to revise pricing without any prior notice.

Organization administrators are responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and data access within their organization. Administrators may add, modify, suspend, or remove users as required. VisitAssist shall not be liable for actions taken by organization administrators regarding account management or access permissions.

VisitAssist reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms of Service, non-payment of fees, misuse of the platform, or activities that may harm VisitAssist or other users. Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked, and data retention shall be subject to VisitAssist's applicable policies and legal obligations.
